Pan Seared Salmon - Seasoned pan-seared salmon with pepper coulis.
Saffron Risotto - Field mushrooms, zucchini, and peppers with parmesan lemon oil.
Stuffed Chicken - Herb and feta butter stuffed airline chicken breast with sundried tomato leek jus.

Class Baskets and Class Projects launch.
Items will be on display at the Dinner & Live Auction.
Section 1: Closes during the Live Auction (attendance not required to win).
Monday, February 17: Section 2 Launch
Handmade Items (artwork and furniture) launch.
Items will be on display at the Dinner & Live Auction.
Section 2: Closes during the Live Auction (attendance not required to win).
Wednesday, February 19: Section 3 Launch
Silent Auction Baskets launch.
Section 3: Closes on Wednesday, February 26, at 5:00 PM.
The Annual Auction is a long-time tradition at Holy Redeemer Catholic School. It is a treasured legacy event for our joint parish and school community and we look forward to it all year long.
As an educational institution that has served the children and families of North and Northeast Portland for over 117 years, the auction helps us maintain our commitment to two fundamental aspects of our mission. The first is that we keep tuition at a rate that is affordable for the families in our local community. The second is that we provide tuition assistance to help those families who desire a Catholic education.
With the support of our annual business sponsors, volunteers, and local businesses, our event aims to not only achieve our financial goal of $200,000 net, but bring together the members of our school, parish, and vast alumni community for an evening of genuine celebration. And never do we forget that at the root of our celebration is a commitment to the current and future students of Holy Redeemer Catholic School.
