Auction Parties

Auction parties are community gatherings hosted by generous benefactors who organize the event and cover expenses. This allows for the participation fee to benefit our school! Needless to say, we are over the moon grateful for our incredible hosts, and you will be too after you attend one of our fabulous 2026 auction parties.

Back again by popular request, enjoy a truly memorable evening of fellowship, laughter, and great conversation at this exclusive Priest Dinner. This unique experience invites you to share a relaxed meal with our priests, offering the rare opportunity to connect beyond the pews and enjoy their stories, insights, and good humor around the table. Whiskey School: Sip, Savor, & Learn (Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 5pm-7pm at Hi-Top Tavern)

Class is in session—and this is one you’ll actually want to attend. Join us for Whiskey School, a guided tasting experience where you’ll sample a variety of whiskeys in a bar setting while learning what makes each pour unique. From smooth and smoky to bold and complex, you’ll explore different styles, flavor profiles, and origins, all while picking up insider tips on tasting, selecting, and appreciating whiskey like a pro. Euchre Tournament (Friday, April 17, 2026 from 5:30pm-9pm at Cantwell Hall)

Our 4th annual Eulick Herechre party! For those who don't know, euchre is a card game for 2 teams of 2 people playing in rounds to win tricks (google an introduction video and you'll be an expert). We'll be having teams play in a single elimination bracket with consolation games. The big winners get an awesome trophy and bragging rights. Everyone gets beer, wine, salad, and pizza. We'll be hosting everyone at Cantwell Hall. Sign up with a partner or as a free agent. We'll place you with someone who will be your best friend. Euchre bonds know no end. Must Be 21+

An Evening of Happy Little Art: A Bob Ross Painting Party (Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 4pm-6pm at the HR Art Room)

Channel your inner artist—and your inner Bob Ross—for a relaxed, laughter-filled evening of painting and sipping. This 21+ Bob Ross Paint Party invites you to unwind with wine and snacks while following A Bob Ross lesson. Guided by our talented Artist in Residence, Mrs. Lukosh, you’ll follow along as she guides you (along with Bob Ross) through the process of oil painting a landscape. No experience necessary, and all supplies are provided—just come ready to have fun, enjoy good company, and discover that everyone has an artist inside them. Relax, sip, paint, and remember: there are no mistakes—just happy accidents. Must Be 21+ to attend.

Let the Games Begin: Middle School Capture the Flag Party (Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 5:30pm-6:30pm at HRCS Field)

Get ready for an action-packed afternoon of teamwork, strategy, and serious fun. This Middle School Capture the Flag Party is the ultimate chance for students to run, dodge, and outsmart their friends in a high-energy game everyone loves. Teams will battle it out in classic Capture the Flag showdowns, testing speed, smarts, and school spirit. Must be a current HRCS student to sign-up.
After the final flag is captured, the fun continues with a well-earned break—pizza and drinks for all participants. It’s the perfect combo of active play and relaxed hangout time with friends.
